We are looking for Procurement Assistant to work onsite with Epiroc Mining, Bangalore

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

Travel & Visit Coordination:

Ensure smooth arrangements for all visits to EITC, including scheduling, logistics, and on-site support.

Employee Travel Support

Assist employees with end-to-end travel requirements such as visa processing, forex coordination, hotel reservations, and flight bookings.

Procurement & Asset Distribution:

Handle stationery procurement and distribution for all satellite offices, including headset assigning to employees.

Vendor Coordination

Respond to vendor emails and support communication related to supplies, services, and follow-ups.

Payment Coordination





Coordinate with the RCOE team for payment-related activities and ensure timely closure of vendor payments.

Visitor Communication

Circulate visitor information and related communication to EITC and relevant teams.

Event & Distribution Support:

Event related, and other internal distribution activities as required.

General Procurement Support

Support additional procurement activities as assigned, ensuring compliance and timely execution.

Skills & Qualifications:

B.COM & Relevant experience

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of travel and visa documentation processes

Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks

Proficiency in MS Office & Excel and email communication

Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
