ABOUT THE ROLESpazioLiv is looking for a Procurement Associate – Interior Products with strong knowledge of interior materials, products and vendors.

The role will be responsible for material sourcing, vendor coordination, quotations, commercial negotiations, purchase orders, order tracking and timely material availability for ongoing residential interior projects.

The ideal candidate should understand the interior product ecosystem and be comfortable dealing directly with vendors, manufacturers and suppliers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Interior Product Procurement

- Source and procure materials and products required for residential interior projects.
- Coordinate procurement as per approved designs, BOQs and project requirements.
- Ensure the right product, specification, quality, quantity and finish are procured.
- Coordinate with Design, Project Management, Operations and Finance teams.

2. Product & Material KnowledgeStrong working knowledge of products such as:
- Plywood / MDF / HDHMR
- Laminates and veneers
- Modular kitchen materials
- Hardware and accessories
- Kitchen baskets and fittings
- Wardrobe systems
- Hinges and channels
- Handles and profiles
- Countertops / quartz / stone
- Glass and mirrors
- Lighting
- Electrical products
- Sanitary / bathroom products
- Flooring
- Wallpaper
- Paints and finishes
- Furniture and loose furniture
- Soft furnishings
- Décor and other interior products

3. Vendor Management




- Identify and coordinate with reliable interior product vendors.
- Obtain quotations and compare commercial terms.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms and delivery schedules.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Track vendor performance and resolve supply-related issues.

4. Purchase & Order Management
- Prepare and process purchase orders as per company processes.
- Verify product specifications, quantities and pricing before placing orders.
- Track orders from confirmation through dispatch and delivery.
- Ensure materials reach the project site within required timelines.
- Follow up proactively on delayed or pending orders.

5. Cost Control
- Compare multiple vendor quotations.
- Negotiate competitive rates without compromising quality.
- Identify cost-saving and alternate-product opportunities.
- Monitor procurement costs against approved BOQs and budgets.
- Prevent unnecessary purchases, wastage and commercial leakage.

6. Quality & Material Verification
- Coordinate material samples and approvals where required.
- Ensure products received match approved specifications.
- Address quality issues, shortages, damages and incorrect deliveries.
- Coordinate replacements and vendor resolutions.

7. Inventory & Documentation
- Maintain procurement trackers and vendor records.
- Track material availability and project requirements.
- Maintain purchase orders,



quotations, invoices and delivery records.
- Coordinate with Finance for invoice verification and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate procurement MIS.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in interior procurement, purchase, sourcing, furniture procurement or construction procurement.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, hardware, finishes and products.
- Experience working with interior-product vendors and manufacturers.
- Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills.
- Good understanding of BOQs, specifications and quantities.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Detail-oriented and commercially aware.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and procurement requirements simultaneously.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are specifically looking for someone who understands interior products, not just someone with generic procurement experience. The candidate should be able to look at a BOQ or material requirement, understand the product and specification, identify the right vendors, negotiate the price and ensure timely delivery to site.
