Role & responsibilities

- Plan for RM/PM basis plan shared by HO Team/Planning Team

- Plan vs actual adherence at Manufacturing units and ensuring timely material availability for production plan.

- PO Generation and co-ordination with vendors for timely Despatch of material

- Ensuring orders are made with the necessary compliance.

- To control inventory levels at factories by ensuring minimal obsolescence

- Ensuring timely action is taken basis vendor lead times and capabilities.

- Working closely with production teams and Quality teams to understand issues related to material quality and maintain MIS for quality issues.

- Resolve supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with vendors.

- Carries out all necessary procurement activities.

- Verifies quantification of orders

Skill Required:

- Thorough Knowledge of SAP & MM Module & Excel

- Positive communication Skills

- Knowledge of Local sources of materials

- Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)

- Basic knowledge of production processes and FMCG RM/PM
