Procurement Operations & Contract Management Analyst

Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Operations & Contract Management Analyst with 2 to 5 years of experience in procurement operations, contract administration, supplier management, and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or JDE, advanced Excel skills, and strong stakeholder management capabilities.

This role will support packaging procurement operations, supplier onboarding, contract workspace management, pricing updates, specification management, and procurement reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure operational excellence and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Operations & Packaging Support:

- Coordinate packaging pricing updates with suppliers on a monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual basis as per contractual agreements.
- Collect, clean, validate, and format procurement data for upload into ERP systems including SAP, JDE, and Oracle.
- Support item setup and maintenance activities across ERP platforms to ensure accurate procurement and purchase order execution.




- Maintain documentation and audit trails for mass data uploads and procurement transactions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate packaging specification updates and item setup activities within specification management systems.
- Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders to resolve pricing, specification, and setup-related issues.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across procurement systems and master data repositories.

Contract Management & SAP Ariba Support:

- Create, update, and manage contract records within SAP Ariba Contract Workspace.
- Ensure contract documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with procurement policies and governance standards.
- Maintain contract repositories, metadata, and procurement records to support reporting and category scorecards.
- Monitor contract lifecycle activities, approvals, and supplier setup status to ensure timely execution.
- Track workspace compliance and completion of required procurement activities.
- Collaborate with procurement teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders to support contract administration activities.

Supplier & Stakeholder Management:

- Coordinate with vendors for supplier onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with procurement, sourcing, finance, operations, and supply chain teams to support business objectives.
- Act as a key point of contact for procurement-related operational and contract management activities.
- Drive effective communication and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.

Reporting & Analytics:

- Prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics for leadership review.
- Analyze procurement data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Support spend analysis, supplier performance tracking, and operational reporting.
- Utilize Excel and analytics tools to generate business insights and improve decision-making.





Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Contract Management, Supply Chain Operations, or Vendor Management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDE.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Data Validation
- Reporting & Analysis
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Centric PLM or Specification Management platforms.
- Packaging procurement or packaging operations experience.
- Supplier onboarding and compliance management experience.
- Procurement reporting and KPI tracking exposure.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other analytics/reporting tools.
- Experience with Master Data Management (MDM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
- Understanding of procurement lifecycle, sourcing processes, and contract administration.
