Ecommerce Order Processing Associate

About the Role

We are looking for an Ecommerce Order Processing Associate to support our day-to-day online order processing activities.

This is a process-oriented and execution-focused role. The primary responsibility will be to place and process orders through e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, SHEIN, and other online shopping websites based on information and instructions provided by the team.

The role involves accurately entering customer and order information, checking product details, placing orders, and updating order and tracking information in Google Sheets or internal systems.

Prior procurement experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

- Place customer orders on Amazon, SHEIN, and other e-commerce websites based on provided instructions.
- Search for and select the correct products according to the given product details.
- Enter customer names, shipping addresses, product details, quantities, and other required information accurately.
- Verify the product, size, quantity, price, shipping address, and delivery details before placing each order.
- Process multiple orders within the required timeframe while maintaining accuracy.
- Check order confirmations to ensure the correct information has been entered.
- Update order details, order status, and tracking information in Google Sheets or internal systems.
- Monitor orders for issues such as unavailable products, price changes, incorrect product information, or shipping restrictions.
- Report order-related issues to the concerned team member promptly.
- Follow established SOPs, instructions,



and order-processing procedures.
- Perform repetitive order-processing and data-entry tasks with consistency and attention to detail.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce order processing, online ordering, data entry, or a similar process-oriented role.
- Familiarity with Amazon and SHEIN or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Comfortable placing online orders independently by following provided instructions.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel.
- Good computer and internet skills.
- Ability to accurately copy and paste customer, product, and shipping information.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks consistently.
- Ability to follow step-by-step instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Good written English communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Personal laptop/computer suitable for remote work.
