​Job Summary

​We are seeking an energetic and customer-friendly Sales Assistant to join our imitation/fashion jewellery shop. You will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, showcasing matching artificial jewellery sets, maintaining counter cleanliness, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, understand their requirements (bridal, party wear, daily wear), and recommend suitable jewellery items (necklaces, earrings, bangles, rings, etc.).
- ​Styling Assistance: Help customers match artificial jewellery with their outfits or wedding dresses.
- ​Stock & Display Management: Keep display counters clean, organized, and properly tagged with prices. Ensure stock is safely stored back in display trays after showing.
- ​Billing & Inventory: Assist with cash/UPI billing, packaging purchased items carefully in pouches or boxes, and conducting end-of-day stock counts.




- ​Store Maintenance: Keep glass counters, displays, and work areas neat and presentable at all times.

​Requirements & Skills

- ​Education: Minimum High School (10th or 12th pass).
- ​Experience: 0–2 years in retail sales (experience in fashion, clothing, or artificial jewellery is a plus; freshers welcome).
- ​Language: Valuable communication skills in local language Hindi/English/ Gujarati.
- ​Attributes: Polite demeanor, punctual, patient when displaying multiple options to shoppers, and honest.

​Working Hours & Benefits

- ​Timings: - 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
