#TranscomIndia is hiring for the position of Process Trainer for one of our International Seller Support processes in Pune.

Location: Pune

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Trainer on paper in any International E-commerce process

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions for current hires and existing employees.
- Explain process workflows, tools, policies, and operational standards.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and learning documents.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback.
- Collaborate with managers and teams to identify training requirements.
- Maintain training records, attendance, progress, and performance reports. • Ensure employees adhere to quality standards and process guidelines.

Working Days: 5.5 days

Shift: Rotational shifts

Offs: Rotational

Transport: Cab facility available, subject to hiring zone
