We are building a specialized Process Transformation Consulting Team focused on improving lending processes across NBFCs, HFCs, and Financial Services organizations.
The role involves working closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology/product teams to understand the end-to-end lending journey from Lead Generation to Loan Disbursement/Loan Booking.
The selected candidates will analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, operational bottlenecks, duplication of efforts, gaps in controls, customer pain points, and turnaround time issues, and recommend practical solutions to improve productivity, customer experience, compliance, and cost efficiency.
This is a Business Transformation Consulting role, not a traditional Operations or Credit Processing role.
- Understand the complete lending lifecycle from Lead Sourcing to Loan Disbursement.
- Conduct process walkthroughs and process-mapping exercises.
- Evaluate current operating models and identify:
- Process gaps
- Manual interventions
- Operational inefficiencies
- Control weaknesses
- Customer experience issues
- Turnaround time delays
- Document As-Is and To-Be processes.
- Recommend process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Technical, Legal, Operations, Product, and Technology teams.
- Participate in process re-engineering, workflow redesign, and transformation initiatives.
- Support implementation of recent processes and monitor outcomes.
- Drive standardization and best-practice adoption across lending operations.
