Qualification: B. E/ B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain quality documentation, including control plans, work instructions, and visual aids.
- Problem solving including customer issues, supplier issues, and internal issues.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, and work with internal teams to implement them.
- Perform regular audits of production areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare reports on Non-Conformance and corrective actions, and monitor quality-related key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist with training on quality awareness to the team.
- Inspect products and materials, and perform tests to identify issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality management systems (QMS) such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
Desired Profile:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
- Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma).
- Solid communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
