Role Overview

We are looking for a Process Mining Consultant with 2–4 years of relevant experience to join our team. The candidate must have hands-on experience with at least one process mining or process intelligence platform. Hands-on Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM) experience is a significant differentiator for this role, with practical exposure to object-centric data models and implementations preferred.

The role involves working with clients and internal teams to understand business processes, analyze process data, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver process mining solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform process discovery, analysis, and optimization using process mining tools.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into process mining solutions.




- Develop process analyses, dashboards, KPIs, and process models.
- Analyze process data to identify bottlenecks, deviations, inefficiencies, and compliance issues.
- Develop data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
- Support end-to-end implementation of process mining use cases.
- Work with business and technical teams to understand source systems and process data.
- Present insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Explore opportunities to apply AI and automation to process mining and business process challenges.
- Stay up to date with developments in process mining, process intelligence, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Process Mining, Process Intelligence, Business Process Analysis, or a related area.
- Hands-on experience with at least one process mining/process intelligence tool is mandatory, such as:

1. Celonis
2. SAP Signavio
3. ARIS
4. UiPath Process Mining
5. Microsoft Process Mining or any other comparable platform

- Good understanding of process mining concepts, including event logs, cases, activities, variants, process flows, bottlenecks, and conformance.




- Experience working on process mining use cases from requirements gathering through implementation.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience with Celonis PQL is preferred.
- Experience working with SAP ERP or other enterprise systems is an advantage.
- Interest in applying AI to process mining and developing AI-driven solutions.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and accelerate analysis.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with multiple end-to-end process mining use cases.
- Experience in business processes such as:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- Supply Chain
- Manufacturing
- Finance
- Experience working with SAP ERP and enterprise data.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Previous consulting or client-facing experience.
