Position Summary The Process Engineer – Cable Systems is responsible for the development, implementation, optimization and continuous support of manufacturing processes within Cable Systems production. The role ensures production stability, productivity, quality performance and successful implementation of new products and engineering changes.

Key Responsibilities
Process Development & Product Introduction
- Support current product introduction (NPI) activities. RSA
- Create and maintain manufacturing process flow. Change management process - RFc
- Define manufacturing concepts and production methods.
- Lead process validation and first production runs.
- Ensure smooth product transfer into serial production.
Production Support
- Provide technical support to production teams.
- Investigate process failures and implement corrective actions.
- Support quality issue resolution and customer complaints.
- Participate in PFMEA and Control Plan development.
- Define process parameters and process controls.
Documentation
- Create and maintain:
- Work Instructions (WI)
- Technical Instructions (TI)
- Test Specifications (TS)
- Assembly Process Layouts (APL)
- Process Flow Charts
- Production Standards
Industrial Engineering
- Conduct time studies and labour analysis.
- Establish standard production times.
- Optimize workstation layouts.
- Improve line balancing and manpower efficiency.
- Support capacity calculations.
- Technical secondary school or university degree.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Basic CAD knowledge.
- SAP knowledge preferred.
- English language skills.
