Process Engineer

Job Title: Process Engineer

We are looking for a Process Engineer to develop, monitor, and improve manufacturing processes to achieve better productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to meet production and quality requirements.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor process parameters, cycle time, productivity, rejection, and process efficiency.
- Identify process-related problems and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce defects and improve process performance.
- Prepare and maintain process documents, work instructions, SOPs, process flow charts, and other engineering documents.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to resolve process issues.
- Support new product development, process trials, and process validation activities.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Optimize manpower, machine utilization, material flow, and process cycle time.




- Ensure processes are followed as per defined standards, quality requirements, and safety procedures.
- Support production teams in troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day process issues.
- Maintain process-related records and prepare improvement reports.

Educational Qualification Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

0–2 years / 2–5 years of experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Engineering, or a related field.

Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and process improvement skills are preferred.
