About the Role
As a Process Engineer, you will optimize SCG’s manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor production parameters and maintain process stability.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations.
- Lead efficiency and yield improvement projects.
- Support trials of new raw materials and process technologies.
- Standardize and document operating procedures.
- Contribute to sustainability projects focused on energy and resource reduction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (required).
- 0–3 years of process engineering or manufacturing experience; current graduates are welcome .
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret technical data.
- Familiarity with process modeling or Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
