Experience Chemical Industry (Having exposure of hazardous chemicals handling)

Qualification: BE/ B. Tech Chemical Engineering or M.Sc. Chemistry

Role Summary: Drive the development, scale-up, and optimization of continuous flow chemistry processes, focusing on process efficiency, safety, and innovation. Collaborate with R&D;, ADL, and Engineering teams to develop new products, generate process data, and implement advanced technologies for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Experienced in Flow Chemistry and Continuous Process Development.
- Hands-on exposure to established flow chemistry setups and laboratory-scale development.
- Skilled in flow process scale-up, design, and commercialization activities.
- Expertise in process improvement and debottlenecking using advanced technologies, equipment, and operational strategies.
- Strong knowledge of process optimization involving unit operations such as mixing, distillation, and reaction engineering.




- Proficient in Design of Experiments (DOE) and kinetic data generation/analysis using Minitab.
- Experienced in generating process safety data, risk assessments, and engineering calculations.
- Hands-on experience handling laboratory glassware, reactors, and process development equipment.
- Familiar with flow reactors and continuous manufacturing systems (preferred expertise).
- Skilled in conducting literature reviews, patent searches, and technical data evaluation.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills for research and process data interpretation.
- Exposure to process simulation tools and process design calculations.
- Experienced in working with cross-functional teams, including R&D;, Analytical Development Lab (ADL), and Engineering departments.
- Capable of driving new product development, process development, and technology transfer activities.
- Knowledge of process safety, reaction kinetics, scale-up challenges, and continuous manufacturing principles.
