- Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) and line clearance for SMT processes including Solder Paste Printing, SPI, Pick & Place and AOI before production release.

- Manage IQC, IPQC, OQC and FQA activities from incoming material inspection through final product release.

- Identify non-conformities, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA with cross-functional teams.

- Drive process improvement using 7 QC Tools to reduce defects and improve manufacturing yield.

- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly ESD audits and ensure compliance with ESD requirements.

- Participate in AS9100D internal audits and Management Review Meetings (MRM).

- Maintain calibration records and ensure measuring and inspection equipment are properly calibrated.

- Conduct Risk Assessment and PFMEA activities to strengthen process controls.

- Maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, inspection reports, traceability records and quality documentation.

- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including documentation control and AS9100D compliance.

- Work closely with Production, Process Engineering, QC, Stores and other functions to ensure consistent product quality.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
