Role Description The Process Engineer role at Beta is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruvallur.

The Process

Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing technical and operational processes that support the development and delivery of Beta’s software products. Day-to-day activities include analyzing existing workflows, identifying efficiency and quality improvement opportunities, and developing standardized procedures and controls.



The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business and technical requirements into robust process designs, monitoring performance metrics, and troubleshooting process issues.

The Process

Engineer will also document processes, support compliance with internal standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Process Engineering and Process Design.
- Candidates should possess solid expertise in Process Control and Analytical Skills.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in process optimization, quality improvement, or operations within a technology, manufacturing, or product-based environment.
- Ability to interpret data, prepare clear documentation, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to work in office in Tiruvallur.
