- To plan, monitor, execute & manage moulding & extrusion work orders.
- Selection and interviewing operators for moulding.
- Develop and document all policies, procedures, KPIs and programs relating to Manufacturing of the organization.
- Work with all cross functional team & provide expertise in all aspects of manufacturing function.
- Identify training/ skill gaps and document skills matrix and training requirements.
- Tracking relevant manufacturing risks and necessary action, where required.
- Arrange and coordinate training/ seminars within the organization
- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance of all manufacturing machines as per defined frequency.
- Plan and monitor employee performance & necessary documents like Job cards.
- Plan and implement shift schedules for operators.
- Provide regular reports/updates to management on KPIs/MIS and any other relevant topics

- Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- In depth knowledge of plastic processing technology

KPI (Key Performance Indicator):

- To monitor and improve Product OTIF (On Time in Full) from 75% to 80% on monthly basis
- To complete Work Order in stipulated time period of 15 working days
- Maintain and update Operator Skill matrix.
- Improvements in assembly line for mistake proofing.

Qualification:

- Diploma or degree in plastic or polymer engineering (CIPET Preferred)

Experience:

- 5+ years
