Responsibilities
- FlexPLM Solution Design
- Design scalable and sustainable FlexPLM solutions across modules including: Product Development Material Management Color Management Bill of Materials BOM Costing Calendar Management Line Planning Vendor Collaboration Sample Management
- Configure FlexPLM using out-of-the-box capabilities wherever possible
- Define functional specifications for custom enhancements
- Project Delivery
- Lead functional workstreams during implementation projects
- Collaborate with technical consultants developers QA teams and architects
- Support Agile or Waterfall project execution methodologies
- Manage project deliverables timelines and risks
- Participate in solution reviews and design governance
- Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary functional advisor for business users
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and design workshops
- Present solution recommendations to leadership and business stakeholders
- Build trusted relationships with client teams
- Testing Deployment
- Develop functional test scenarios and test cases
- Support System Integration Testing SIT and User Acceptance Testing UAT
- Validate system functionality against business requirements
- Assist in production deployment and hypercare activities
- Training Change Management
- Develop user training materials and process documentation
- Conduct end-user and administrator training sessions
- Support organizational change management initiatives
- Mentor junior consultants and business analysts
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve existing FlexPLM implementations
- Recommend process automation and system optimization initiatives
- Stay current with current FlexPLM releases and product capabilities
