Process Coordinator supports daily business operations by coordinating processes, maintaining accurate records, tracking tasks, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and on time. They work with different teams to improve workflow and solve process-related issues. The CRM Executive manages customer relationships by maintaining customer records, responding to customer inquiries, following up on leads, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely support.
- Follow up with customers on leads, orders, and service requests.
- Coordinate with sales and other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Generate basic CRM reports and track customer activities.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
- Coordinate daily operational processes and activities.
- Monitor workflow and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Maintain accurate records and process documentation.
- Communicate with team members to resolve process issues.
- Track performance and prepare basic reports.
- Support process improvements to increase efficiency.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Should be positive with Follow ups & communication skills. Should be soft spoken.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
- Should be able to speak in English, Hindi and Gujrati.
- Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service, CRM or Process Coordination.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
