About the Role

We are looking for a Female Logistics Coordinator with 24 years of experience in logistics, transportation, and fleet coordination. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day logistics operations, coordinating in-house and external vehicles, monitoring fleet expenses and profitability, and ensuring efficient and timely movement of materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily transportation and logistics operations for material movement. Plan and arrange vehicles as per dispatch and delivery requirements.
- Manage and monitor in-house fleet operations, including vehicle utilization and profitability.
- Prepare and monitor vehicle-wise Profit & Loss (P&L;), including revenue, fuel, driver, maintenance and other operating expenses.
- Establish and monitor trip-wise transportation costs to ensure expenses remain within defined limits.
- Track HSD/fuel consumption, vehicle-wise mileage and fuel expenses and identify abnormal variations.
- Monitor and maintain FASTag usage, balances and transaction records for company vehicles.
- Track vehicle maintenance schedules, including preventive maintenance, servicing, repairs and timely renewal/service requirements.
- Ensure vehicles are serviced and maintained on time to minimize breakdowns and operational downtime. Coordinate with drivers, transporters, workshops and vendors for vehicle-related requirements.
- Maintain driver attendance, deployment and availability records. Monitor driver-related expenses and ensure proper documentation of driver allowances and other expenses.
- Track vehicles and monitor trip status, vehicle movement and delivery timelines in real time.
- Monitor unloading data in real time and reconcile actual quantity unloaded against dispatched quantity.
- Identify and report shortage, excess quantity,



leakage or other discrepancies during unloading and delivery. Coordinate with Sales, Operations,
- Stores, Accounts and other internal departments for smooth logistics operations.
- Verify transport documents, delivery challans, LR/GR, e-way bills and other required documents.
- Follow up with drivers and transporters regarding vehicle placement, delays, unloading and delivery status.
- Maintain accurate vehicle-wise, trip-wise and driver-wise records and MIS reports.
- Monitor logistics expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization and improved fleet efficiency.
- Resolve day-to-day transportation issues and escalate critical delays, cost overruns or discrepancies to the concerned management.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable transportation requirements.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; Logistics/Supply Chain qualification will be an advantage.
- 24 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Management, Dispatch or Transport Coordination.
- Prior experience in in-house fleet/vehicle management will be preferred. Valuable understanding of vehicle operating costs, fuel management, maintenance tracking and trip costing.
- Solid knowledge of transportation documentation and day-to-day logistics operations.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets for maintaining MIS and cost records.
- Strong analytical, coordination and follow-up skills. Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to monitor multiple vehicles, trips and deliveries simultaneously. Strong attention to detail, particularly in cost, quantity and reconciliation-related activities.
- Should be organized, responsible and capable of working in a time-sensitive environment.
- Only Female candidates with relevant logistics/transportation experience are preferred.
