Job Details
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata
- Shift: US Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
What You’ll Do
- Handle customer queries through voice and chat support, based on project requirements.
- Provide customer support — No Sales / No Upselling
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries
- Maintain quality and professionalism in customer interactions
- Update customer records accurately
What We’re Looking For
- Good Communication & Written skils in English ( Mandatory )
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Valuable typing speed
- Comfortable working night shifts
