Process Coordinator

Job Summary:

NSL Fashion Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Process Coordinator to ensure smooth coordination across departments, monitor order flow, maintain process documentation, and support timely execution of production and operational activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and operational processes.
- Track order progress from confirmation to final delivery.
- Maintain process records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor daily workflow and follow up on pending activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and update operational data.
- Ensure timely communication between production, accounts, stores, and management.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and process-related documents.




- Identify process gaps and support continuous process improvements.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills:

- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Process Coordination, Operations, or Administration.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
