Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assesses customers issues and takes appropriate actions to ensure the customers needs are satisfied.
- Be proactive and take initiatives to explore and learn about the product that we offer
- Understand standard operation procedures and delivers services that is according to the quality standards set by the company
- No Sales No target .Fixed Shift Fixed week off

Good working environment Location-Salt Lake sec-V (Webel More)

Experience: 6 month shift timing : 09:00am- 06:00pm

Good communication skills of Hindi ,English and Bengali

Must have knowledge of Excel and word
