Role Description The Process Associate – Real Estate Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Sholinganallur. The person in this role will support day-to-day operational activities across property development, sales, and customer service functions, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth transaction processing.

Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, maintaining records and databases, and supporting finance-related processes such as billing and payment tracking. The role also involves monitoring workflow in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment, analyzing process performance,



identifying areas for improvement, and preparing regular reports for management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review data, identify trends, and support process improvements.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Communication skills to manage client interactions, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships.
- Candidates should possess Finance skills to assist with basic financial operations, billing, and reconciliation activities.
- Candidates should possess Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) experience or understanding to work effectively in a structured, process-driven environment.
