Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct process and product training for employees in an e-commerce international process.




- Deliver training on process workflows, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
- Train recent hires as well as existing employees based on business requirements.
- Ensure employees understand process guidelines and product-related information.
- Support employees in improving their process knowledge and performance.
- Coordinate with operations teams regarding training requirements and updates.
- Maintain training effectiveness and ensure proper knowledge transfer.
- Handle training activities in rotational/night shifts as required.
