We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team. The PRO will be responsible for managing relationships with educational institutions, coordinating marketing events, and driving lead generation initiatives. This role plays a crucial part in expanding our network and presence across schools, colleges, and coaching centers.

Key Responsibilities:

School and College Engagement

Regularly visit schools and colleges to identify potential events and collaboration opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in educational institutions.

Leaflet Distribution and Lead Collection

Organize and manage leaflet distribution campaigns outside schools and colleges.

Oversee the collection of leads and ensure accurate data collection for follow-ups.

Event Planning and Execution

Plan, arrange, and execute promotional events at educational institutions.

Ensure the successful implementation and running of all events, aligning with the company s goals and objectives.





Building Partnerships with Educational Consultants

Meet with coaching centers, tuition teachers, and school/college Biology teachers to recruit them as educational consultants.

Develop and nurture long-term partnerships to enhance lead generation and promote the companys services.

Requirements:

Proven experience in public relations, marketing, or event management, preferably within the education sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Willingness to travel frequently to educational institutions.

Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
