Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end Prior Authorization operations for the team
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of pre-service authorization requests
- Handle team performance management, reviews, and escalations
- Participate in client calls and ensure SLA compliance
- Track key metrics such as approval rates and turnaround time (TAT)
- Coordinate with providers, payers, and internal teams to resolve authorization issues

Must Have

- Pre-service Prior Authorization experience
- Solid knowledge of payer guidelines and pre-cert requirements
- Strong team management, performance tracking, and escalation handling skills

Preferred

- Epic experience
- Exposure to Behavioral Health, Sleep Studies, or Interventional Radiology service lines

Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)

Timeline: Immediate joiners

Experience Required: Minimum 6+ years in US Healthcare processes and handling Prior Authorization

Education: Any Graduate
