Key Responsibilities

- Handle all online and walk-in customer enquiries related to printing.
- Understand customer requirements, suggest suitable printing solutions, and provide quotations.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into confirmed business.
- Handle enquiries received through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, Google, and other online platforms.
- Deal directly with customers and understand their requirements for:
- Visiting cards
- Brochures
- Flyers
- Wedding cards
- Invitation cards
- Flex & vinyl printing
- Sunboard / foam board printing
- Stickers & labels
- Photo printing
- Posters & banners
- Corporate printing
- Promotional materials
- Other digital and commercial printing requirements
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are completed correctly and on time.
- Prepare and communicate quotations based on customer requirements.
- Follow up on pending quotations and enquiries.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to increasing sales.
- Ensure proper communication between customers, designers, production staff, and management.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for quick resolution.
- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience working in a printing unit is mandatory/preferred.
- Positive knowledge of digital printing, flex printing,



commercial printing and finishing works.
- Should understand printing materials, sizes, quantities, finishing options and basic production requirements.
- Excellent customer communication and negotiation skills.
- Should have the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend the right printing solution.
- Sales-oriented and capable of converting enquiries into orders.
- Good follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Experience handling WhatsApp/online enquiries and customer leads will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in printing shops, digital printing centres, commercial printing units or similar businesses are preferred.

Experience

2+ years of experience in a printing unit / printing industry preferred.

Salary

Negotiable based on experience and capability.
