Responsibilities

1. Overall responsibility for Printing, Cutting, Lamination, and Spot UV processes.
2. Achieve daily and monthly production, productivity, and quality targets.
3. Monitor machine utilization, target achievement (%), production efficiency, and manpower deployment.
4. Manage current job development and coordinate proof preparation and approval as per client requirements.
5. Troubleshoot production and quality-related issues. Analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
6. Maintain consistent quality standards as per specifications, approved samples, and job requirements.
7. Ensure the job approval process is properly followed and all quality records are accurately maintained.
8. Ensure implementation and effectiveness of all agreed Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
9. Monitor production planning, job scheduling, manpower allocation, and shift-wise production tracking.
10. Monitor absenteeism and make necessary manpower adjustments to ensure uninterrupted production.
11. Communicate with and train operators on new products, processes, machines, and special job requirements.

Maintain required spare parts inventory and coordinate Preventive Maintenance activities with the Maintenance Department. Report machine breakdowns through the prescribed process.
13. Maintain minimum required inventory levels of production consumables.
14. Manage and monitor material movement within the production area.
15. Ensure proper machine cleaning, housekeeping, and daily Preventive Maintenance are carried out and documented.
16. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
17. Ensure all required safety measures are followed and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is used at all times.
