Key Responsibilities

- Handle pre-service Prior Authorization requests on behalf of Providers/Doctors
- Work with multiple commercial insurance payers
- Review authorization requirements and process requests accurately
- Follow up with insurance payers regarding authorization status
- Coordinate with providers and internal teams to resolve authorization issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of authorization activities

Must Have

- Pre-service Prior Authorization experience
- Experience working with multiple commercial payers
- Positive communication and coordination skills

Preferred

- Epic experience
- Exposure to Behavioral Health, Sleep Studies, or Interventional Radiology service lines

Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)

Timeline: Immediate joiners

Experience Required: 1.5 years to 4 years of relevant Prior Authorization experience

Education: Any Graduate
