#About_the_Role

We are looking for an exceptional Printing Manager to own the end-to-end printing and production of XSEED's K–8 curriculum materials, including books, workbooks and learning resources.

The ideal candidate understands paper, printing and publishing inside out, has strong vendor networks, excellent negotiation skills and a high bias for action.

#Key_Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end printing and production of K–8 books and workbooks.
- Manage paper sourcing, pre-press, printing, binding, finishing and dispatch.
- Identify and manage leading and boutique printing partners across India.
- Ensure high standards of quality, colour, paper, binding and finishing.
- Negotiate pricing, paper costs, timelines and commercial terms.
- Drive cost optimisation without compromising quality.
- Manage production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships and SLAs.




- Work closely with Curriculum, Editorial, Design, Procurement and Operations teams.
- Proactively resolve production issues and continuously improve quality and efficiency.

#What_We're_Looking_For
- 6–8 years of experience in printing, publishing or educational content production.
- Engineering degree preferred.
- Solid understanding of commercial printing, paper, pre-press, binding and finishing.
- Experience managing printing vendors and production at scale.
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
- Experience with books, workbooks or educational publishing is preferred.
- High ownership, integrity, attention to detail and strong execution skills.
- Multinational or overseas printing experience will be an advantage.
