- Lead the preparation of comprehensive master plans, zoning strategies, and urban design frameworks
- Review and evaluate development proposals, site plans, and architectural submissions
- Integrate architectural design principles into planning policies and guidelines
- Manage large-scale infrastructure and urban development projects
- Ensure compliance with planning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, government agencies, and community stakeholders
- Conduct public consultations and present planning recommendations
- Supervise junior planners and provide mentorship on design-led planning
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for planning projects
- Advise senior management and consortium partners on planning and design strategies
Qualifications & Experience # Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field. # Min. 10 years of professional experience in planning and architectural projects.
# Solid knowledge of urban design, land use policy, and infrastructure planning.
# Proficiency in GIS, CAD, and planning/design software.
# Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
