Role : Principal Urban Planner

Responsibilities

- Lead the preparation of comprehensive master plans, zoning strategies, and urban design frameworks
- Review and evaluate development proposals, site plans, and architectural submissions
- Integrate architectural design principles into planning policies and guidelines
- Manage large-scale infrastructure and urban development projects
- Ensure compliance with planning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, government agencies, and community stakeholders
- Conduct public consultations and present planning recommendations
- Supervise junior planners and provide mentorship on design-led planning
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for planning projects
- Advise senior management and consortium partners on planning and design strategies





Qualifications & Experience

Master s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field.

Min. 10 years of skilled experience in planning and architectural projects.

Strong knowledge of urban design, land use policy, and infrastructure planning.

Proficiency in GIS, CAD, and planning/design software.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
