Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive vehicle-level NVH targets and benchmarking activities.

- Lead NVH development across BIW, powertrain, driveline, suspension, chassis, steering, mounts, seals, and sound package systems.

- Conduct NVH analysis, testing, validation, and root cause investigations.

- Drive prototype evaluations and implement design countermeasures to achieve NVH targets.

- Lead Transfer Path Analysis (TPA), Modal Analysis, and vehicle refinement activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, CAE, Testing, Manufacturing, and Quality.

- Mentor engineers and lead NVH development across vehicle programs.

Required Experience & Skills

- 16+ years of experience in Automotive NVH Development.





- Robust expertise in vehicle acoustics, vibration analysis, and vehicle refinement.

- Hands-on experience with TPA, Modal Analysis, Sound Power Measurement, and NVH testing.

- Experience in powertrain, chassis, suspension, and BIW NVH development.

- Proficiency in tools such as LMS Test.Lab, Müller-BBM, MATLAB, ANSYS, HyperWorks, or equivalent NVH tools.

- Proven experience in leading NVH activities from concept to production.

Qualification

- BE/ M.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Design Engineering, or related discipline.
