VPMM Group of Educational Institutions is seeking an experienced and qualified Principal to provide academic and administrative leadership for its Architecture College. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in architecture education, institutional administration, faculty development, and academic planning.

Qualification:

- B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent qualification in Architecture.
- Ph.D. in Architecture / relevant field preferred.
- Qualification and experience as per applicable regulatory norms.
- Strong academic and administrative background.

Experience:

- Minimum 10–20 years of relevant experience in Architecture education and academic administration.
- Experience in institutional leadership, accreditation, curriculum development, and faculty management preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the academic and administrative activities of the Architecture College.
- Develop and implement academic plans and institutional policies.
- Supervise faculty recruitment, development, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and university requirements.
- Promote research, publications, workshops, seminars, and industry interaction.




- Guide students in academic and professional development.
- Coordinate accreditation, documentation, and quality-assurance activities.
- Develop collaborations with architectural firms, professional bodies, and industry.
- Manage day-to-day academic and administrative operations.
- Contribute to the overall growth and development of the institution.
