Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement robust AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for machine learning models.
- Evaluate and optimize existing AI/ML models for performance and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for AI/ML implementation.
- Document processes, methodologies, and results to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas, NumPy, or similar.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.




- Proven experience in AI/ML implementation in real-world applications.
- Ability to work with large datasets and cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with deep learning techniques and frameworks.
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid analytical and critical thinking skills.
