Primary Teacher

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Primary Teacher who combines strong pedagogical skill with genuine warmth for young learners. This role calls for someone who can build rock-solid literacy and numeracy foundations while creating a classroom where children feel safe, curious, and excited to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Development

- Deliver the primary curriculum with a strong focus on foundational literacy, numeracy, and conceptual understanding

- Design age-appropriate, interactive lessons using storytelling, hands-on activities, and visual aids

- Differentiate instruction to meet varied learning paces and styles, including students needing additional support

- Reinforce concepts through structured revision and practice

Assessment &

- Progress Tracking

- Conduct regular formative and summative assessments, class activities, and worksheets

- Track individual student progress, diagnose learning gaps early, and adjust instruction accordingly

- Maintain accurate, up-to-date academic records

- Deliver clear, constructive feedback to students and parents

Student Care &

- Development

- Support the emotional, social, and behavioral growth of each child

- Build trusted relationships that foster a secure, inclusive learning environment

- Model and reinforce good habits, discipline, and core values

- Identify and support students with diverse learning needs, escalating where specialist input is required

Parent &

- School Coordination

- Maintain proactive, professional communication with parents on student progress

- Participate actively in parent-teacher meetings, school events,



and staff collaboration

- Contribute to curriculum planning and cross-grade coordination

- Uphold school policies, safeguarding standards, and academic benchmarks

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree with D.Ed./B.Ed. (mandatory)

- 2–5 years of primary-grade teaching experience preferred

- Sound understanding of child development, pedagogy, and classroom management

- Familiarity with digital tools for lesson delivery and record-keeping (preferred)

- Basic training or awareness of child safeguarding protocols (preferred)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
