Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Use activity-based and experiential learning methods to make concepts practical and engaging.
- Encourage curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving.
- Integrate age-appropriate technology, projects, activities, stories, games, and real-life examples into teaching.
- Assess student learning through classwork, projects, activities, worksheets, and periodic assessments.
- Track individual student progress and provide appropriate academic support.
- Identify learning gaps and provide differentiated support to students.
- Maintain effective classroom management and discipline with a positive approach.
- Encourage students to develop robust values, empathy, responsibility,



confidence, and respect for others.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, coordinators, and school leadership.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, assemblies, field trips, workshops, and co-curricular activities.
- Maintain required academic records, lesson plans, assessments, and student documentation.
- Contribute to the development of innovative teaching resources and classroom activities.
- Promote the integration of Indian values and cultural awareness within everyday learning.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
