What we are looking for
Graduate/Postgraduate in English with D.El.Ed./B.Ed. or relevant teacher education qualification.
Robust command of spoken and written English.
Ability to make English experiential, interactive and joyful through stories, theatre, role play, discussions, projects, presentations and creative writing.
Willingness to integrate English with art, music, environment, real-life experiences and other subjects.
Ability to nurture thinking, communication, confidence and curiosity* in children rather than relying only on textbooks.
Warm, patient and approachable personality with a genuine love for children.
Willingness to learn, experiment,
collaborate and grow with Gurukulam's evolving educational vision.
Residential-school experience is an advantage, but *the right attitude and potential matter more than years of experience.
