Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the academic and administrative functioning of the Primary Section.

- Coordinate with teachers to ensure effective lesson planning, syllabus completion and classroom management.

- Monitor students’ academic progress, attendance, discipline and overall development.

- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.

- Coordinate examinations, assessments, PTMs, events and school activities.

- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding students’ academic and behavioural progress.

- Ensure implementation of school policies, teaching standards and classroom procedures.

- Support and mentor teachers in improving teaching practices and student engagement.

- Coordinate with the Principal, Vice Principal and other section coordinators.

- Maintain required academic records, reports and documentation.





- Address day-to-day student, teacher and parent concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

- Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed. preferred.

- Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of teaching experience, preferably with coordination/supervisory experience.

- Solid communication, leadership and organisational skills.

- Good knowledge of Primary-level curriculum and assessment practices.

- Ability to manage teachers, students and parents effectively.

- Proficiency in English communication and basic computer applications.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
