About the role:

Firstclub is looking for a Pricing Analyst to drive our central and category pricing strategy. In this role, you will lead end-to-end platform pricing to ensure we hit Gross Margin (GM) targets across both central and category levels. You will be responsible for setting effective central rates, designing experimental pricing models, leading promotional strategies, and managing customized offers, discounts, and quotations to scale platform sales while protecting profitability.

What you'll do:

1. Own end-to-end platform and category pricing, gross-margin management, and revenue planning to meet company GM and AOP targets.

2. Design and execute structured promotional constructs, quotations, discounts, and flagship sale events to maximize sales while ensuring margin health.

3. Build automated dynamic-pricing frameworks covering competitive tracking, inventory liquidation, and event-led pricing.

4. Develop price-elasticity models to derive optimal SKU- and city-level price points under defined margin constraints.

5. Run A/B testing and RFM-based cohort pricing experiments, utilizing proprietary discount indexes to quantify customer price sensitivity.

6. Partner across Category, Merchandising, Acquisition,



and Product teams to align pricing initiatives with broader business goals.

7. Program-manage discount governance and implement automated anomaly-detection controls to eliminate margin leakage and errors.

8. Query and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to translate complex pricing analysis into clear stakeholder recommendations.

What we're looking for:

- Experience:

3+ years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Category Strategy, or Commercial Analytics within E-commerce, Q-commerce, or Retail environments.

- Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel to analyze large datasets and extract business insights.

- Domain Knowledge:

Proven track record in building energetic pricing models, price-elasticity frameworks, and discount governance architectures.

- Cross-Functional Leadership:

Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across Category, Product, Merchandising, and Growth/Acquisition teams.

- Execution Excellence:

Strong background in managing high-volume flagship sales events, promotional constructs, and revenue planning.
