- Drive brand building and portfolio strategy across Ayurveda, wellness, and allied product categories.

- Oversee manufacturing operations, capacity planning, and supply chain to support scale-up.

- Build and lead a strong leadership team across Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, R&D;, Finance, and Supply Chain.

- Drive M&A;, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth where relevant.

- Ensure regulatory compliance ( FSSAI, export/import regulations, GMP/WHO-GMP standards).

- Establish robust governance, MIS, and performance management systems across the Group.

Education

- MBA / PGDM from a premier institute (preferred);

background in Pharma/FMCG/Ayurveda advantageous.

- Experience: 22-27+ years of progressive leadership experience,



with at least 5-8 years in a CEO/CXO/Business Head role.

- Proven experience managing a business of 1500-2000 Cr+ turnover, preferably in Ayurveda, Herbal, Pharma, FMCG, or Consumer Health sectors.

- Demonstrated success in scaling domestic operations and building export markets (Middle East, Africa, SE Asia, US, Europe etc.).

- Strong exposure to manufacturing-led organizations, understanding of supply chain and regulatory landscape.

- Track record of building and leading large, multi-functional leadership teams.
