About the Role La Joie Primary Learning Habitat is seeking a passionate and caring Preschool Teacher to nurture young learners in a child-centric environment. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about early childhood education and committed to fostering children's academic, social, emotional, and physical development.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.
- Create a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom workplace.
- Support children's overall development through play-based and experiential learning.
- Observe, assess, and maintain records of student progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development and classroom activities.
- Prepare teaching aids, learning materials, and classroom displays.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and discipline of students.
- Participate in school events, trainings, meetings, and other assigned responsibilities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline (NTT, ECCE, Montessori Certification, or B.Ed.



preferred).
- 2–3 years of relevant teaching experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Basic computer proficiency will be an added advantage.

Job Details

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 6.5 hours per day
