- Support early learning by developing children's language, communication, motor, social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
- Create a secure and welcoming classroom where children feel comfortable, respected, and encouraged.
- Observe children's development and identify their individual strengths, interests, and areas where additional support may be needed.
- Maintain classroom materials and displays, ensuring learning resources are clean, organized, and age-appropriate.
- Communicate with parents/guardians about children's progress, behaviour, activities, and any concerns.
