About the Role
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Specialist to communicate with potential clients and gather their property requirements. You will work with the relevant team to ensure client information is properly shared and followed up.
Responsibilities
- Speak with prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Gather information about preferred location, budget, property type, and size.
- Record client preferences and relevant details.
- Understand the purpose of the requirement, such as buying, renting, selling, or investment.
- Share client requirements with the appropriate property team.
- Follow up with clients regarding their requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for further assistance.
- Keep lead and communication details updated.
- Maintain professional communication throughout the interaction.
Requirements
- Any Degree.
- 0.6 – 3 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, customer service, or a related field.
- Clear verbal communication.
- Comfortable speaking with different types of clients.
- Good listening and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Real estate experience is an advantage.
