We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, provide information about our real estate projects, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contact potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
2. Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
3. Explain project details, location, amenities, pricing, and available offers.
4. Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
5. Schedule site visits and appointments for interested customers.
6. Coordinate with the sales team and hand over qualified leads.
7. Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
8. Build positive relationships with prospective customers.
