Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Presales Associate to support our presales and business development functions. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the end-to-end presales process, including requirement analysis, proposal creation, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders. This role requires excellent communication, strong business writing skills, and the ability to structure and present information clearly.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in creating impactful proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to gather solution inputs and prepare supporting documents.
- Review, proofread,



and refine content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and grammatical correctness.
- Maintain and update proposal templates, pitch decks, and standard presales materials.
- Support business development activities by preparing customized content as per client needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of client-facing documents and responses.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across solution offerings and messaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong competency in proposal writing, proofreading, and document structuring.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work effectively under deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
