- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in Pre-Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales or Lead Generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional phone manner.
- Robust follow-up and organisational skills.
- Target-driven approach with the ability to handle rejection.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Baner, Pune.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM/digital lead-management tools.
Preferred
- Experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales, Telecalling or Inside Sales.
- Familiarity with real estate CRM platforms or property portals.
- Basic understanding of real estate pricing and payment plans.
- Fluency in Marathi or Hindi along with English.
