We are looking for a Presales Executive with strong communication skills and the ability to connect with customers, understand their requirements, and support the sales team in converting leads into opportunities.
# Key Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in presales, telecalling, inside sales, or a similar role.
* Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
* Knowledge of additional languages such as Tamil, or Kannada will be an added advantage.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain products/services clearly.
- Comfortable handling customer calls and follow-ups.
* Willingness to work from the Hyderabad office.
