Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential students and leads.
- Understand student requirements and provide relevant course information.
- Explain course details, benefits, eligibility, and admission process.
- Follow up with interested candidates through calls and messages.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information in the CRM.
- Generate interest and schedule counselling or further discussions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team.
- Maintain professional communication with students and parents.
Requirements
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Comfortable making calls and communicating with students.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
